I stayed at two different rooms: 505 and 3012. Both were reasonably clean and spacious enough. The bed was comfortable, and the aircon worked well. There was a small desk to use my laptop. The wifi was fine. The staff is alright. The location is right on Khaosan road, one of the nightlife spots of the city, and only 15-20 minutes by foot from the Grand Palace. There are some convenience stores and many bars and restaurants nearby, but the cuisine is not the best because they are aimed at backpackers.

Warm welcoming staff, easy check in process with offered cleaning everyday. Most beautiful rooftop pool with some nice views of the city. Actually a large bathroom considering the size of the room.

Stay was superb, with locker provisions and most importantly, a clean washroom with amenities. I went to 2 other hotels and this was superb compared to the others. Located right at the end of the busy street, you are right in the middle of the action. A 7/11 store opposite the hotel, abundant tuk tuk's at the hotel entrance, a good eatery with american breakfast and coffee, it is a well-placed hotel. Absolutely loved it.

It was in the heart of Khaosan Road. Everything you need to enjoy yourself is right along the street.

It was right on Khason Road, but surprisingly we were sleeping so well at nights. The sound of night clubs weren’t coming to the room, well insulated. Big bathroom, very clean. The tour agent at the entrance of the hotel is giving very good discounts to the hotel guests. If you are thinking to go to Floating Market & Train Market tours, the lady gave us 650 baht/person where as the others were giving 1150 baht and above! The bed was so comfortable! There is even a small pool at the roof, but this still very nice to have in the middle of the city!

Although the hotel is in the middle of Khaosan Road, the rooms seem to be well sound proofed as once we got in to our room, we could barely hear the noise from outside and slept really well. The room was spacious, nice large bed which was very comfortable. Staff are very friendly. We stayed here 4 years ago when visiting Thailand and the hotel is still in good condition and well looked after. They also supply pool towels which is handy to not have to travel around with beach/pool towels.

Rooms were smaller that what was shown In pictures, however we were so tired from travelling we didn’t bother mention it. The Plus side is that the beds were very comfy! They did ask for a 1000baht security deposit on check in which is not mentioned about anywhere in the booking. We did get ours back. They only give one key card per room. If you ask for a second they will Charge you for it if you lose it and don’t return the 2 key cards. Ive never seen that happen in a hotel ever before . Nicely decorated, roof pool is good however there are no ladders to help get in and out of pool or stability rail . It makes it VERY dangerous getting in and out as tiles very slippy around pool when wet . Khaosan road is wild with parties! The music is loud ! Bring ear plugs for your room. Rambuttri street behind Khaosan is a bit more civilised for older people, live music, nice bars and restaurants etc
